American Society of Association Executives Foundation (Washington): Appointed Michelle Mason, manager of research programs, to be director of research programs.
Art Resources in Teaching (Chicago): Appointed Jeanne F. Becker, interim executive director, to be executive director. She succeeds Barbara Carney, who resigned.
Bacone College (Muskogee, Okla.): Appointed Donald D. Scott, coordinator of development projects at Kendall College (Evanston, Ill.), to be vice president for institutional advancement.
Brandeis-Bardin Institute (Brandeis, Calif.): Appointed Rabbi Lee T. Bycel, senior rabbi at Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple (Cleveland), to be president. The title of president was previously held by the head of the board, Helen Zukin, who will now be known as chairperson of the board. The institute is a center for Jewish learning and culture.
The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids (Washington): Appointed William V. Corr, chief counsel and policy director for U.S. Senator Tom Daschle, Democrat of South Dakota, to be executive vice president.
