Smart fundraisers are always trying to see things from the perspective of their donors, looking for problems with online donation forms and more.

In this month’s episode of Fundraising Fundamentals, Caryn Stein, vice president for communications and content at the online giving platform Network for Good, and Anna Titulaer, director of development and communications at the nonprofit Partners for Development, discuss how to make your donor’s experience as simple as possible.

Ms. Stein says an organization should start with going through its donation process, because donors will walk away if it isn’t easy.
