Recent Mergers Announced by Charities

Badger Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Children, both in Milwaukee, have merged.
The CBO Center, in Pleasant Hill, Calif., and CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, in San Francisco and Milpitas, Calif., two nonprofit consulting, research, and training organizations that serve nonprofit groups, have merged under the CompassPoint Nonprofit Services name.
Clarian Health, in Indianapolis, and Bloomington Hospital, in Ind., have merged.
Community Health & Hospice, in Laconia, N.H., and the Visiting Nurse Association – Hospice of Southern Carroll County & Vicinity, in Wolfeboro, N.H., plan to merge.
Hampton Roads Community Foundation, in Norfolk, Va., and the Virginia Beach Foundation have merged.
Save the Dunes Council and the Save the Dunes Conservation Fund, both in Michigan City, Ind., have merged.
Washington Rivers Conservancy, an environmental group in Wenatchee, Wash., has merged with Trout Unlimited, a fisheries-conservation organization in Arlington, Va.
The Yampa Valley Autism Program, in Steamboat Springs, Colo., has merged with Community Cultivation, a Steamboat Springs horticulture group for disabled people.
