Red Cross Workers Killed in Lebanon

Two local Red Cross workers were killed in Beirut, Lebanon, while coordinating talks between the Lebanese army and Islamic militants, reports the Associated Press.

The workers were shot in a Palestinian refugee camp as they escorted a Muslim scholar who was serving as a negotiator between the army and Fatah Islam militants.
