Third Millennium

Purpose: Established in 1993 by Richard D. Thau to insure that the views of people in their 20s and 30s are included in national policy debates. Its work includes conducting research, writing opinion articles for newspapers and other publications, providing speakers for college and civic groups, and testifying before Congress.

Finances: The group brought in $500,000 last year. This fiscal year, it estimates that it will receive $665,000, primarily from foundations and corporations.
