Three Charity Volunteers Killed in Honduras

February 7, 2007

Three charity volunteers were killed in a traffic accident in Honduras, reports the Associated Press.

The victims were in the country on behalf of Georgia-based Honduras Outreach, which aims to provide running water and electricity and pave roads in poor villages.

The volunteers were killed while on board a military truck that flipped over near the Nicaraguan border.
