TIGER WOOD’S NEW CHARITY ENDEAVOR

A $25-million educational center in Anaheim, Calif., founded by the golfer Tiger Woods plans to serve about 3,000 kids in its first year, reports The New York Times. The Tiger Woods Learning Center, unveiled last week received $5-million from Mr. Woods. More than 70 donors also contributed. The center’s property includes a driving range and 18-hole putting course.
