Top Getty Official Plans to Leave

A high-level Getty employee will leave the institution next year to return to academia, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Thomas Crow, director of the Getty Research Institute, will become a professor of modern art history at New York University’s Institute of Fine Arts. Mr. Crow plans to leave his post in August.
The Getty Trust has been through a number of upheavals, including financial misdoings and the resignation of its chief executive, as reported in The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
