Two Contemporary Dance Groups Plan Merger

Dance Theater Workshop and the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company, both in New York, plan to merge to create one nonprofit that will produce and present dance and other performances, writes The New York Times. The merger requires court approval, but if it goes through, the new organization would be known as New York Live Arts.
