Two Pennsylvania Community Foundations Plan Merger

The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County, in Greensburg, Pa., has announced that it plans to merge with the Pittsburgh Foundation, according to a new release on Westmoreland community foundation’s Web site. The group says the merger should be completed in about three months, and both grant makers will retain their individual identities.
