Two Utica, N.Y., Groups Plan Merger

Two Utica, N.Y., nonprofits, Family Services of the Mohawk Valley, and Mohawk Valley Council on Alcoholism and Addictions plan to merge, writes The Observer-Dispatch. The merger, if approved by the state, should be completed by January 1, 2011.
