Two Victoria, Tex., Charities Merge

Two Victoria, Tex., charities, Gulf Bend Center, a mental-health center, and CrossRoads Youth and Family Services, have merged, according to the Victoria Advocate. The move was undertaken to shore up both organizations’ financial health and programs.
