UNICEF WORKER RELEASED

American Unicef worker Robert McCarthy was freed in Somalia after his capture earlier this week by a warlord who was evidently protesting a debt delinquency by the United Nations, says the Los Angeles Times Wire Reports. Ali Mohammed Gedi, the Somalian prime minister, said he received documents from the kidnappers showing that a UN refugee agency was seven years behind on a payment of $200,000.
