Two affordable-housing nonprofits, the Rockingham Area Community Land Trust, in Springfield, Vt., and the Windham Housing Trust, in Brattleboro, Vt., are planning to merge, reports the Brattleboro Reformer. Officials from the two groups said the merger should be completed by late 2011.
