Video: Young Donors Want Fewer Words but More Information

Young donors want a lot of information when they visit a nonprofit’s Web site. But they may not want large amounts of text.
In video interviews with people in their 20s and early 30s, conducted as part of an annual report by Achieve, a fundraising consulting firm, some said they appreciated videos, positive messages, and clear, concise writing that is easy to skim.
