Water For People Hires Engineer as CEO; Heyman Center Gets New Leader

Water For People
Eleanor Allen, former global director for water at Arcadis, an international engineering and consulting firm, was appointed chief executive officer. Ms. Allen has worked in the water and sanitation sector for more than 20 years. She previously held positions at CH2M Hill, an American environmental and engineering consulting firm, and the U.S. Peace Corps, and worked in several countries in Latin America.
George H. Heyman Jr. Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising at New York University
Patricia Moran, vice president for institutional advancement and executive director of the foundation at Hunter College of the City University of New York, was named executive director.
John Templeton Foundation
Heather Templeton Dill, former executive liaison to the president, was named president.
Firelight Foundation
Nina Blackwell, senior strategic adviser and head of external affairs at Humanity United, was appointed executive director.
College Art Association
Linda Downs, chief executive officer, will retire in February.
High Museum of Art
Randall Suffolk, president of the Philbrook Museum of Art, was appointed Nancy and Holcombe T. Green Jr. director.
Samuel S. Fels Fund
Sarah Martínez-Helfman, executive director of the Eagles Youth Partnership, was named president.
Other Notable Changes:
Susie Crafton, chief development officer at the Stand for Children Leadership Center, was named senior vice president for development at Education Pioneers.
Ellen Meltzer, chief development officer at Roca, will be vice president for strategic initiatives at the Schott Foundation for Public Education.
Jill Rademacher, an independent philanthropy consultant, was named chief officer for donor experience and engagement at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
