What About Al Gore?

To the Editor:
I am quite aghast at the extent of the Bush coverage (“The Bush Brand of Charity,” April 6). During this period of campaigning, do you really feel it is appropriate to print these articles? Whether the Bushes support or not the cause of philanthropy, your timing may be construed as a political endorsement of a presidential candidate. I strongly encourage that you, therefore, give equal coverage to Vice President Gore.
