Circle of Giving: Donors’ Stories of Wisdom, by Janet K. Ginn, recounts some of the powerful experiences philanthropists have had while helping needy people or supporting institutions. This book is meant to guide and encourage new donors by offering tips on choosing what charitable cause to support, and providing descriptions of trusts, annuities, endowments, bequests, and other types of giving, accompanied by stories about donors who have made their gifts that way. Ms. Ginn also discusses some legal and technical aspects of giving money to charity.
